- Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen/bar to tables while ensuring guests have the correct cutlery and menu information.
- Guest Engagement: Provide a warm, professional welcome, offer menu recommendations, and actively gather guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Execute precise "mise-en-place," assist senior staff with daily tasks, and maintain clean, organized service stations.
- Sales & Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of the menu and brand philosophy to contribute to revenue through strategic upselling.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to HACCP procedures and workplace safety standards, ensuring eco-friendly use of resources.
