Managing and following the general operation of the restaurant during normal working days.
Monitoring the activities of the departments in the shift and directly take order.
Reporting to Restaurant Managers, Area Managers issues that may affect the restaurant's business operations.
Coordinating and implementing the training and development programs for restaurant staff (customer care skills, boost sales, ..)
Understanding information and processing marketing activities at the restaurant.
Recording, reviewing and resolving customer complaints.
Caring and asking customers during service hours.
Assisting Restaurant Manager in managing personnel and arranging employees' weekly schedules.
Meeting at the beginning of the shift, follow check in and check out for employees according to the rules of Restaurant.
Ensuring that operating procedures, food safety,... are implemented according to system standards.
Doing other jobs under the direction of the Restaurant Manager.

Preferably candidates are Thai and work in Vietnam for more than 01 year.
Good communication in English/ Thai, proficient in office computer.
Required female from 22 to 35 years old, looks good, professional style.
Experience in working in restaurants or hotels for at least 2 years at an equivalent position that specializing in food, beverages and service industries.
Ability to communicate well with staffs and other departments, be active, have a sense of responsibility at work.
