• Good in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
 
• Able to use computer
 
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing
personalized customer service
 
• Able to develop and sustain productive customer relationships,
actively seeking information to understand and address customers'
needs
 
• Creative, well-organized, willing to work in shifts and under high
pressure
 
• At least one year experience in supervisory skills in the same capacity
 
• Hotel management college diploma or above
 
• Working experience in international hotels is a priority
