1. General Duties
- Ensure and maintain high-quality service standards to consistently enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Assist the Head Bartender in developing and refining the cocktail program.
- Maintain stock levels of spirits, wine, and other beverages in strict accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure staff are fully informed through regular briefings (kitchen updates, etc.).
- Provide accurate recommendations and detailed product information upon request.
- Support the training and professional development of junior team members.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions as required by management.
- Foster a positive work environment through professional etiquette and mutual respect for all colleagues.
- Implement staffing and inventory adjustments based on bar performance forecasts.
- Ensure all equipment is operated correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Submit beverage inventory reports by the 5th and glassware stock reports by the 15th of each month.
- Actively work to decrease breakage percentages and minimize wastage.
- Oversee bar opening/closing procedures in adherence to official checklists.
- Maintain seamless communication between all departments..
- Cost Control: Keep beverage and recipe cost files updated and accurate.

- Take responsibility for training staff in essential technical skills.
- Ensure all staff adhere to grooming and personal hygiene standards during service.
- Foster strong professional relationships between the kitchen and service teams.
- Set monthly objectives for the team and conduct performance analyses.
3. Commercial & Sales Activities
- Increase guest loyalty through superior service quality.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify solutions and share insights with the team.
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct regular sales and beverage training for the team.
- Partner with the Head Bartender to execute special functions and guest requests.
4. Customer Relations
- Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all customers.
- Maintain detailed records of food and beverage preferences for VIP guests.
- Proactively interact with guests to solicit feedback and address any service shortcomings immediately.
- Resolve guest queries efficiently and courteously.
- Promptly report incidents to the Assistant Manager and Head Bartender.
5. Performance & Professionalism
- Assist in restaurant setup to ensure all stations are fully stocked before service.
- Keep work and service areas clean and organized at all times.
- Develop strategies to increase sales while minimizing waste.
- Maintain a minimum score of 90% on all internal examinations and tests.
- Embrace the organization’s culture and handle additional duties as assigned by management.
6. Hygiene & Sustainability
- Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to HACCP food safety procedures.
- Follow operational instructions for all machinery to ensure safety and longevity.
- Practice eco-friendly habits by optimizing the use of electricity, water, and resources.
