Duties and Responsibilities* General ObjectiveSupport Sales Managers and Sales Executives for their effective communication to their clients as well as for them to develop new future clients.* Responsibilities and MeansThe Sales Administrator performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the hotel norm, internal rules and regulations.* Responsibilities of Sales support- Sales Administrator supports each Sales Managers and Executives by drawing demands and requests in order for them to service clients effectively.-  Make sure all sales managers and executives are well equipped with necessary sales tools such as name card, brochures, giveaway items, etc, and make order to arrange them if required.- Cooperate PR Manager to design sales tool items to order necessary quantity-  Administrate the inventory of sales tools- Support TA Manager by taking telephone/email inquiries and reservations from clients* Administrative Responsibilities1. Admin Job: - Taxi report- Sales car note- VIP card- Hotel du Parc Hanoi bonus program- Coupon preparation- Duty Roster/ Attendant record2.
