Sales and Profitability:

Achieve and maximise sales and profit budgets
Ensure that the shop is open and adequately staffed during the trading hours required
Maintain the required standards of merchandising, product and, window displays in the shop
Ensure that equipment is maintained to a high standard at all times and organise all repairs
Ensure that Paul control systems/audits are adhered to and meet or exceed profit margins
Ensure that controllable costs are kept to a minimum without compromising standards and customer experience

Managing Stock, H&S and Food Safety Standards and Controls:

Order, control and return stock in accordance with Company Procedures.
Ensure that deliveries are checked and documented upon receipt for correct quality and quantity and display and store delivered goods as required
Organise and undertaking of stock-takes
Maintain stock levels within acceptable limits and audit/rotate daily stocks of perishable goods.
Ensure that the security of the cash and stock is maintained at all times and within agreed company policies and procedures
Ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy through good housekeeping, maintaining high hygiene standards and safe working practices in line with the Company Health and Safety policy.
Ensure that equipment is maintained and any issues logged with Service Line
Action relevant H&S legislation to Company required standards and ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action
Ensure that standards of uniform, behaviour and personal presentation are compatible with the Company's desired public image and values.
