RMT adopt with the basics of how Pizza 4Ps’s restaurant operates through an official restaurant-sponsored training course or learn on the job under the direction of a manager. Training covers topics such as company policies, food preparation, customer relations, financial reporting, quality control and team-building. RMT also learn procedures for opening and closing the restaurant by joining meetings with supervisors of each department (service, kitchen, and pizza) to understand the situation of the entire restaurant and progress of monthly goals.
** PLACE: District 1, 3 or District 7
** TIME: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM (6 days/week)
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be fully conversant with monthly/ daily sales performance and assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved.
2. Maximize productivity of labor resources and ensure the punctuality for all team members.
3. Ensure the shift is prepared and organized to meet all business requirements and standard of operation, with particular attention to food & beverage stock controls.
4. Ensure all company and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
5. To aid in the development of a positive, motivated, dynamic team through your effective management and leadership style.
6. Assist in the delivery of the marketing & sales strategies with measurable activity on an on-going basis.
7. Evaluate guest feedback obtained, both internally & externally, taking relevant action on feedback points received.
8. To attend any departmental and training meetings as required, ensuring within your own departments you assist your manager in implementing a training plan for your teams ensuring that they receive regular training that enables them to perform to the standards and expectations.
