The person chosen will be responsible for supervising daily Parkview restaurant operations and assisting with menu planning;
•Maintaining sanitation standards and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods; striving to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility;
•Determining training needed to accomplish goals, then implementing plans.

•Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
•Knowledge of Western food and Western restaurant management experience •Knowledge of principles and processes for providing personalized customer service
•Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships, actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs
•Creative and well-organized, willing to work under high pressure, work in shifts •Possesses strong management skills
•Has experience working with international hotel in the same position (priority)
