Greet and guests, presents menus to guests them special dishes of the day.
All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
Takes guest information and quotes wait to guest accurately when tables are not immediately available.
Answer telephone in a friendly and professional manner including, but not limited to, giving store greeting, directions to store location, and receiving and filling customer orders.
Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.
Answer phone and answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
Interacts with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
Fill to go orders, if applicable.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturers' instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Carry out instructions given by the management team.
