Job Title: Restaurant Reception
Department: Restaurant
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Position Level: Staff level
The Restaurant Reception the first person of the restaurant and handle all reservation for operation for entrance of the restaurant, for example:
Greeting customer upon arrival at the main restaurant and assist them.
Assisting customers with the planning and booking also controlling their reservations.
Handling cash, credit transaction with customer.
Supporting the other staffs at the main restaurant and assuring that their operations run efficiently.
Waitress work (sometimes)
Working Hours: 10:30am – 2:00 pm / 4:30pm – 9:00pmPerform other duties assigned by Restaurant Manager
