Ensure that all control points of food production & services are strictly adhered to.
Ensure that all Food & Beverage Handlers are fully trained as per operational requirements.
Conducts regular food safety audits in all the Food & Beverage areas of the hotel.
Assist in implementation of all issues related to fire & life safety within food production areas.
Demonstrates awareness of occupational & environmental health and safety policies.
Conducts regular inspection of all areas & recommends corrective action measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials within the designated food production areas.

Thorough knowledge of importing, storing, processing and serving food & beverage.
Graduated from Vocational/College/University in Food & Beverage, Hospitality or related field.
Experience in the similar position in international 4-5 star hotel/resort is an advantage.
Good command in English & National language.
