• Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Follow up the approved manning, job descriptions of all positions which should be reviewed annually and organization chart of properties to make sure to hire the right person and to put the right place.
• Assist in performing employment branding initiatives.
• On the basis of the recruitment plan has been approved by the Board of Directors, assist in executing plan of advertise jobs and interview to meet the approved recruitment plan.
• Follow up with Talent Acquisition Officers to make sure job ads posted professionally on internal and external channels.
• Source candidates using various methods to complete the recruitment plan.
• Assist in building up the relationship with hospitality schools and other sources to promote the company’s brand for the purpose of finding the talent and potential candidates.
• Assist in planning to organize the Job Fair if needed.
• Interview and recommend suitable candidates to properties to meet their recruitment needs.
• Implement reference checks of all selected candidates, at least 01 reference check for each.
• Complete dossiers for submission to the Board of Directors.
• With unsuccessful candidates, make sure the interview result notified to candidates by mail within 7 days after the interview.
• Guide candidate to prepare necessary procedures before starting, including: health check-up, submit necessary documents, open the bank account…
• Update the interview’s status of all candidates in the tracker and tracking information to Line Manager.
• Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, assessment center or other events.
• Assist in setting E-Recruitment system.
• Assist in planning, directing, or coordinating human resources activities and staff of organization to enhance the engagement among employees and employees as well as among employees and company.
• Assist administering special projects in areas employee awards, corporate social responsibilities.
• Familiar with company’s regulation in manage employees and their behavior, ensures these regulations are always accurately communicated and implemented carefully followed.
• Ensures that colleagues and employees are always treated fairly without favor or unfair expectations.
• Ensure high standards of grooming and personal style, acting as a positive role model.
• Ensure that all guest and colleague interactions are professional and positive, showing humility and respect to guests, colleagues and all employees.
• Value and preserve very good working relationships.
• Make reports as weekly – monthly.
• Maintain high personal standards of timekeeping, always present for duty as scheduled.
• Attend and participates in Briefings/Meetings as required.
• Always willing to learn and willing to guide others.
• Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and adjust to changes as dictated by hotel, industry and company.
