Reception is the first guest touching point in the front of house which is key position to let guest start experience with positive feeling. To unite with Tech development, we aiming for develop this position to provide the consistent service level at all 4P’s location.
We are looking for the candidate with strong guest oriented mind set.

* Deliver WOW experience from the entrance
Pursue of 4P’s service excellence. Always looking for the opportunity to deliver the WOW moment to the guest. Engage our service and guests and strengthen guest loyalty from the reception.
Inspiring the reception team member with a strong Omotenashi mind-set. Be the role model to perform team well.
* Build up the team
To provide the consistent performance from the flont of house, develop the reception team member with sustainable way by building up the SOP.
Focus on the reception partner’s development and generate a sufficient training plan.
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Quality excellence
- Deliver the wow experience to the guest.
Reception is the first touching point of flont house. Provide the positive energy with smiles to let guest start the dining experience with up-beat emotion. Make the personal relation ship with the guest.
- Guest reservation management. Manage online/offline reservations to corporate with GSA team.
- Table matching. To identify the guest preference, make sure prepared table meet the guest demand.
- Increase the efficiency in terms of reservation/ seats turn over.
- Develop the waiting area as the comfortable zone. To let guest feel fun to wait for the que. Providing the well care service and drink with entertainment.
- Maintain the reception ambience/ environment. Secure the guests safety as well as maintain excellent ambience.
- Consistently tracking the store performance, find out any “Not working” and take the collective countermeasure.
2. Operation development
System development and management
To corporate with Tech team, develop the reception IT function such as reservation system, waiting list. To integrate with Tech, build up the CRM from the flont desk.
Analyze the reservation data to increase the efficiency of reservation guest turn over.
3. Training / Develop team
- Develop the reception SOP and build up the sustainable training plan.
- Partner hiring/training to work with HR,
- Store Auditing. Provide the regular store audition to the restaurant. To make sure receptionists perform with standard SOP.
- Training management. Keep tracking the training situation and develop the team skill to provide the sufficient training tools.

- Fluent communication skill in English
