• Organizing working shift.
• Support & work with Office Department.
• Making the inventory file. Checking the items stock at the end of months. Inputting the daily purchases in a file. Checking delivery notes. Checking monthly debt comparison. If something happens, contact with the suppliers and accountant staff.
• Checking the cash purchasing. Collecting purchasing Red Invoice. Organizing the purchasing and inputting data in a file.
• Going to deposit the daily revenues. Preparing the exchange money.
• Contacting the supplies and ordering the items, including expense purchasing.
• Controlling the operation.
• Interview & training new staffs, evaluation staffs.
• Preparing customer’s red invoice with contacting with office staff.
• Solve the store problems such as between customers, suppliers, landlord and neighbors.

• At least 1-3 years of experience above as a Supervisor/Store Manager position. Experienced work in F&B.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill, time-management skill
• Profession in MS Office skills
• Business communication in English or Japanese N2
• Ability to work independence and in a team, Ability to work under high pressure
• Honest, Self-motivated, Careful, High responsible
• Familiar with related current regulations.
