WHAT YOU‘LL DO
Store audits & coaching
- Conduct store audit using standard inspection checklist
- Assess restaurant management team (RMT) about food quality
- Coach RMT to generate effective improvement action and follow up on agreed improvement actions
- Escalate to higher level when actions are consistently not done
- Ensure that improvement actions align with culinary directive (from Head Chef)
Store Kaizen
- Each coach is assigned 0-2 stores for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at one time
- Generate PIP plan, follow up, escalate & ensure alignment with culinary directives
- Direct actions to train & develop RMT and other levels
- Monthly report of performance improvement
Development & others
- Collaborate with other teams, particularly F&B creative in new dishes
- Attends monthly meeting with Head Chef to review quality at one store and proposes solution
- Generating and updating Kaizen of quality & standards - with Head Chef alignment
- Conduct training for groups particularly new stores

- Communication skill (both Vietnamese & English)
