The Executive Assistant Manager assists the Director of Operations in the daily shipboard operations of the Victoria Mekong. He/she provides both HOD’s and staff with information for all the departments: Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Marine Team.
Interacts with all guests, staff, internal/external including but not limited to suppliers, government officials, competitors and other members of the local community. Coordinates functions and activities with the department heads as appropriate.
Responsible for maintaining continual communication between all departments and supervising their operation with regards to the company’s standards of operations, policies, procedures, revenues, controlling costs and ensuring the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests.
Liaison with the Marine Team and coordinates and Assists with all passports, formalities and documentation for all local customs and government agencies.

Degree in Hospitality or related field from an accredited college or university
4 or more years management experience in a 3 to 5 star hotel or cruise ship
Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Ability to manage a Vietnamese and international staff in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work.
Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly. Additional languages are a plus.
