Responsible for the supervision of all members of the Accounting Department; Providing functional guidance to Executive Committee and Department Heads; Interacting with hotel’s legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government banks to effectively control the assets of the business and to provide business support
 
Direct the financial operations of the hotel to ensure the security of hotel assets. Report to GM’s and owners on financial state of hotel and make recommendations to improve hotel profitability. Serve as primary contact for all hotel financial – and accounting-related issues with owners, auditors (internal and external) and regulatory agencies

5 - 8 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least one year in an Assistant Financial Controller
 
Very Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field
