The Service Shift Leader will assist the Assitant Manager and Restaurant Manager to manage the entire service team in order to achieve the goals of the company and the department. The Service Shift Leader will be also ensuring that key objectives, relating to the restaurant operation, training, cost management.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Restaurant Operation
Attend customers to make sure that every single of them are happy with our food and service.
Manage all services staffs and make sure that their work quality is at Pizza 4P’s standard.
Manage and make sure that the restaurant environment is always at Pizza 4P’s standard.
2. Training
Train service staffs and maximize the performance of Service team.
Have close communication with other leaders and make sure that the progress of service department training is on track.
Fully understand the training protocols and systems of Pizza 4P’s and suggest ideas to improve it if any.
3. Cost Management
Be always aware of the labor, food, and other costs of the restaurant and make sure that the total cost is lower than the target.

At least 2 years of experience as service staff and 1-year management experience at restaurant or hotel.
Able to work under high pressure.
Have skills and experience in training and coaching staff.

Able to communicate in English.
