WHAT YOU‘LL DO
Restaurant Operation

Supervise & support Kitchen and Pizza teams and run the food operation as Pizza 4P’s standard;
Maintain and improve the food quality, preparation speed and timing;
Assign and coordinate works of employees to promote the efficiency of operations;
Ensure that all employees follow food safety regulations and procedures; 
Cooperate with the department leader (service, kitchen and pizza) to understand the situation of the entire restaurant and progress of monthly goals;
Communicate closely with the restaurant manager.

Customer Service Maintains

Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations;
Supervise serving of food, maybe direct preparation of foods and beverages.

Stock & Tools Management

Maximize the operating profit of the restaurant, especially food cost, manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies to ensure standards of quality are met, avoiding wastage damaged goods and cancel food;
Maintaining of kitchen tools and assets, preventing inactive machine and broken items;
Plan and arrange for cleaning and maintenance services of the equipment and facility such as they heavy cleaning when the dining room and the kitchen is not in use, trash removal, and pest control when needed.

People Management

Cooperate with HR Team to process recruitment (follow-up interview, selection, on-boarding, probation appraisal);
Prepare work schedules and evaluates work performance of staffs.

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!

At least 3 years of experience in Food field and 1 year of working experience as a Sous Chef/ Demi Chef
 Fluent in English;
Able to work under pressure;
Have skills and experience in training and coaching staff;
Have leadership skills and team management skills
Have solving problem skills;
Age: 25 years and older;
