To be responsible for all matters concerning Food and Beverage.
Operate equipment e.g. cleanliness, hygiene, control and maintenance.
Manage a large stewarding team.

Knowledgeable about food handling, sanitation standards and controls, cleaning supplies, purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment as well as governmental regulations and safety standards.
Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen dish room equipment.
Understanding of restaurant, bar/lounge, room service and catering operational procedures.
Good communication skills (verbal and writing) in both English and Vietnamese.
Good computer skills.
Effective team management and leadership skills.
Relevant college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Culinary education preferred.
Certifications as required to comply with local government codes.
2 year experience at that same position at four - five star hotels.
