- Supervise food preparation according to restaurant standards & guidelines
- Ensure respect of all relevant rules/regulations and all food safety guidelines & processes
- Manage kitchen supplies and production; maintain inventories
- Ensure supply from trusted and consistent suppliers, control quality of products received
- Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items
- Check regularly that the equipment and work areas are kept spotless

- Ability to manage staff in line kitchen departments
- Food preparation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to create new menu items is a plus
- Good attitude, hard-working and honest
- Good health condition
- Have at least 1 year experience working in the same position or at least 3 years experience working in Cook position.
- Good in English communication is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in the culinary arts is a plus
