To deliver food service of high standard and in accordance with standards and procedures  
To prepare ingredients and dishes following brand's procedures, specifications and quality standards  
To provide efficient, expedient and courteous to guest leading to total the guest and company satisfaction
 Direct the line cooks in food preparation  
Make sure that enough food is prepared to make it though the day  
Make sure that the kitchen is ready to sell all menu items starting at 11 am  
Make sure that all food leaving the kitchen is perfectly prepared and plated, and sent out under 15 minutes  
Make sure that the line cooks complete all closing duties  
Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
To ensure efficient and timely manner tasks  
Be in charge of training new employees  
Maintain a safe and hygenic kitchen environment.

College Degree or above  
Graduated from Hospitality school  
Knowledge of ingredients and how to use them in a creative way  
Must have excellent technique when cutting and preparing food
 Sense of taste and smell  
Minimum 5 year experience in similar position in international environment.
