• Manages the overall food operation in assigned kitchen, including supervising and directing employees in their daily job functions• Oversees daily operations, promotes new and return business by promoting service to an unmatched level of sophistication and professionalism. • All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision for EMG.• Others tasks as required.o Ensures manpower and staffing ratios are accurate per shift, must maintain a consistent high level of product quality and productivity.o Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order. o Ensures that orders are produced in accordance with cycle times.o Ensures that the kitchen is clean, wellstocked and problemfree. o Administers all aspects of food preparation, sanitation and employee routines. o Maintains food orders and work orders. o Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by the Executive Chef. o Must have considerable knowledge of food preparation methods and techniques.o Must be able to work long hours and varying shifts.o Communicates with peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities. o Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

HCM.• Relevant Knowledge / Specialization:o Two – Four years working experience required.o One year management experience required. o One year department experience preferred.o Microsoft Office knowledge required.o Must present a well-groomed appearance.o Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.o Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.o Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.o Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.o Excellent guest service skills.
