Job Summary – (Role Summary):

Manage the complete beverage program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.
Adhere to local regulations concerning FSMS / HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role):

Deliver beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
Maintain daily and monthly inventory.
Prepare daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.
 Prepares for service by ensuring self-appearance, well prepared equipment.
Carries out effective beverage service.
Patron care standards are adhered to.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Thorough knowledge of F&B and customer service. 
Ability to interact with customers, colleagues. 
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational. 
Communication English. 
Graduated from Vocational/College/University preferably in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field. 
Related experience preferably in international 4 - 5 star hotel/resort.
