- Handle direct requests from local (within Thanh Hoa province) clients (on phone, email, face to face)- Take care of local corporate accounts (local authority, companies, associations, Expat community…)- Prepare contract & proceed booking according to SOP- Provide customer care service onsite- In charge of selling wedding packages, banquet events, promotions, hotel rooms for local customers- Support sales coordinator to conduct site inspection/visiting the properties- Coordinate with marketing to promote hotel product in each events- Conduct sales call, sales blitz within Thanh Hoa province to promote products- Coordinate with accounting/finance regarding payments

- At least 1 year experience as restaurant/ hotel sales
- Good knowledge & sales skills
- Basic background of hotel management
- Excellent presentation skill
- Excellent customer care skill
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent communication English
- Good at time management, planning
- Self-motivated & responsible at work
- Open-minded, think out-of-the box
- Good appearance is an advantage
