Responsibilities:
Provide professional gaming and related services to players following MCS service policies and guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction during their play and stay in the assigned area.
Slots and roulette gaming service
Make sure all the gaming equipment and device are in working order (e.g. Bill acceptor, Card reader, Printer…).
Replenish the score cards, pens to the roulette.
Greet guest in a proper manner following MCS greeting standard and guidelines
Be familiar with basic operation of each game and provide assistance and information to player regarding game rules, e-gaming club rules, etc.
Assist players with monetary transactions e.g. cash, tickets, credits, card slips… upon player’s request and double-checked and confirmed by supervisors before issuing to players.
Ensure all amounts of money from/to player must be counted in front of the player.
Guide player to insert cash note or ticket into bill acceptor, and member ship card into card reader in a proper manner
Check payout voucher from cage to ensure correct amount before issuing to right customers.
Put “reserve” sign board when players request and remove it if time exceed under instruction of SM/ASM/Supervisor, call to the right player to confirm before removing “reserve” sign board
Clear ashtrays, cups, glasses and any utensil used in the assigned area constantly.
Call Supervisor for hand payment, short payment and any disputes immediately.
Actively and quickly offer and serve other related services e.g. refreshment, F&B, cigarette… to players in a proper manner following MCS service standard and guidelines
Assist dealers with customer related services and requests during live games.
Ensure fair gaming, assist supervisor to prevent cheating play and monitor professional players in the assigned gaming table
Ensure player follow game rules and MCS gaming regulations
Inform supervisor any violation, suspicious or cheating activities.
Ensure gaming facilities and assigned areas in used, clean and tidy.
Clean gaming machines and tables and ensure assigned working area is clean and tidy
Inform supervisor any concerns of EGM facilities quickly and properly
Personnel related duties
Hand over to the incoming shift.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
