Professional Competencies:

Conduct English sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new staff.
Evaluate feedback from participants and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff.
Control the inventory of training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Provide training and Staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Assist the Training Manager in analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Compile all evaluations of training and apprenticeship/internship programs.
Ensures that Training Bonds are completed in full as required and kept on file in the staff’s respective personnel file in Human Resources.

Graduated in college/university and above specializing in English/Hospitality/or similar.
Good at Office computer literacy.
Good command in English (four skills) and training /presentation skills.
Love to work/interact with people.
Ability to catch up the assigned tasks rapidly, fast, flexible, know how to deal with customers, good in guest complaint handling.
Be service minded, excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
Working experience 1 - 2 years and above prefered (consider candidate from operation for career development in training).
