Management Bar section sales / profit / cost / staff
- Plan and implement systems to maximize sales and profit;
- Plan and implement cost control measures;
- Set, monitor, and control budget for the Bar section;
- Oversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness;
- Maximum customer satisfaction with "Omotenashi spirit";
- Implement improvements for products and service;
- Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation, and return of any sub-standard items;
- Source and train staff to best fit the bar‘s needs;
- Schedule staff in an efficient manner to best cover the demands of the customers;
- Manage labor cost, maximizes resources, minimizes spending, and comes in under budget;
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations;
- Manage bar equipment and tool-related Bar section;
- Communicate and corporate with Pizza4P’s Indochina restaurant manager and develop the whole business of Pizza 4P’s Indochina;
- Organize Event;
- Work shifts required to meet the needs of the bar. This may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Royal customer management and communication
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers;
- Spend busy nights glad-handing customers to ensure their experience is the best.

- Knowledgeable about Bar business / Craft Beer
- Outstanding Customer Service mindset;
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills;
- Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility, and willing to work under high pressure;
- Commit to the goals of leading restaurant team in order to expand company business;
- Understanding COGS management is a plus;
- Communicate in Japanese and Understanding Japanese’ culture is a plus.
